Summer arrives at Meet Fresh in the form of ripe peach sweetness and the tropical brightness of guava, two fruits that don’t just complement each other, but elevate one another. Our new Peach & Guava Series is designed around the contrast of soft and bouncy, creamy and tangy, refreshing yet indulgent in every bite and sip.
Peach & Guava Shaved Ice
At first glance, it’s a layered dessert. The Peach & Guava Shaved Ice reveals itself slowly, each spoonful with different textures, sweetness,

 and acidity. A base of finely shaved ice sets the stage, light and almost snow-like, allowing every topping to stand out. On top sits peach jelly, soft yet springy, like the essence of biting into a ripe peach. Only smoother, silkier, and more delicate in its sweetness.
Then comes the guava jelly, which completely changes the bowl’s direction. It is brighter and more tropical, with a gentle tang that cuts through the sweetness with a refreshing lift. Where the peach feels round and mellow, guava feels vibrant and slightly wild. A layer of guava cream ties everything together; lush, lightly floral, and subtly savory, with a cheesecake-like richness that balances out the fruit’s natural acidity. Hidden within the bowl is our classic Almond Pudding, because it’s not a Meet Fresh dessert without a fun topping. The almond pudding adds a quiet and creamy depth to dig into with every bite.
It is finished off with fresh peach slices and a dusting of powdered sugar. This dessert isn’t just layered, it’s textural, soft, cold, creamy, and juicy all at once.

It is built on a smooth green tea base; this drink carries a light floral bitterness that frames the fruit perfectly. Peach brings a soft sweetness, while guava cuts through with a tangy, almost citrus-like brightness. Together, they create a balance that feels crispy and light rather than heavy.
For added texture, we recommend adding lychee jelly. It introduces a fragrant, almost aromatic sweetness that melts into the tea as you drink, absorbing the fruit notes while adding a gentle chew in every sip.

Unlike the green tea version, this drink is caffeine-free, letting the creaminess shine through. It’s designed for those who prefer dessert-like beverages with a milkier profile—think coconut milk, condensed milk, or cream-forward drinks. For extra depth, adding boba and a touch of condensed milk transforms the texture entirely: chewy, thick, and layered, with the foam melting slowly into each sip.
