Celebrate with a special collaboration blending Taiwanese desserts and Thai flavors: Meet Fresh X Holy Basil. Holy Basil, a Thai restaurant that started in Downtown LA and now has locations in Atwater Village and Santa Monica, showcases Thai cuisine through the eyes of Chef Deau and Chef Joy. Their dishes, from rice bowls and stir-fries to creative drinks like Hibiscus Agave Oolong Tea, join forces with Meet Fresh to bring a one-of-a-kind dessert fusion. This menu features three unique items. In Southern California (Temple City, Cerritos, Hacienda Heights, Irvine), they’re available as a combo. Northern California locations (Fremont, Cupertino, Santa Clara) offer them individually.
A floral, creamy, and decadent treat. If you love smooth, silky coconut sago, this is your last chance to try a coconut based dessert like this. Pandan, a tropical plant with fragrant green leaves, adds a subtle light green color and a sweet, aromatic flavor with notes of floral, almond, and vanilla. Coconut brings creamy, buttery richness with a hint of nutty sweetness. Together, they create a tropical, smooth dessert experience. To elevate textures and flavor, this dessert includes red bean and mung bean; red bean adds deep sweetness, while mung bean is light, creamy, and nutty. Mini Q, a Meet Fresh classic topping, is chewy but not overly sweet, with a subtle taro flavor. Sago adds a fun, popping texture, while a sprinkle of coconut flakes on top adds a toasty finish.
This dessert is designed as a full experience, perfect for anyone who thinks desserts are too sweet or heavy. With varied textures, aromas, and flavors, the Pandan Coconut Milk Dessert truly shines.
Refreshing and bright, this drink pairs perfectly with the Pandan Coconut Milk Dessert. Hibiscus brews down to a vibrant red color with a bold, tart, and fruity flavor, naturally reminiscent of raspberries. A touch of agave adds sweetness without overpowering the hibiscus, creating a perfectly balanced drink. Add boba for a chewy texture and subtle molasses flavor, or Mini Q for a soft, nutty, taro-like chew. This is unlike any drink we’ve offered before!
We’ve expanded our egg waffle offerings, original, deluxe, QQ mochi, and even savory, so we decided to combine the best of all worlds. This dessert balances sweet and salty, with a light, airy egg waffle that fills the air with a fresh-baked aroma. Topped with fluffy meringue and sprinkled with bits of salted egg, it’s a playful twist on a classic dessert. Available exclusively at Southern California locations, this treat is also featured at Holy Basil’s Atwater Village and Santa Monica locations.
100% of the net proceeds will be donated to the Southern Smoke Foundation, supporting food and beverage workers with emergency relief and mental health services.
