Summer is finally coming to an end, and September is the start of the autumn season. At Meet Fresh, autumn means cozy flavors, the return of our almond series, and a temporary farewell to our fruit series shaved ice. But before we get too ahead of ourselves, it’s time to celebrate something special, the 11th anniversary of Meet Fresh. For 11 years, we’ve been serving up delicious desserts, meeting hundreds of thousands of new faces, and welcoming back loyal customers who have followed us all the way from Taiwan to here. This month, we invite you to celebrate our story and desserts with the launch of our Osmanthus series. The Osmanthus flower has a delicate, slightly fruity flavor with hints of apricot and honey. We’ve paired these classic notes with our jelly-like desserts to create Osmanthus jelly and blended them with high-quality teas like green tea, oolong, and black tea. These teas are brewed daily to capture the most potent yet delicate flavors of the flowers, ensuring every sip is full of taste. At Meet Fresh, we love to combine textures and flavors, and this series is the perfect way to showcase that.
Our Osmanthus Green Milk Tea Tofu Pudding can be served hot or cold. The base of this dessert is Osmnathus green milk tea, featuring a floral, sweet aroma. The cold version is served over ice to keep the tofu chilled, giving it a refreshing flavor. After trying different toppings, we selected rice balls and almond pudding to complement the osmanthus taste. The rice balls are chewy and subtly taste similar to mochi with a natural rice flavor. Our almond pudding is smooth, milky, and pairs beautifully with any tofu pudding. The desserts also feature osmanthus jelly with floral notes and a sprinkle of dried osmanthus on top. The hot version is the same combination without ice, allowing the tofu to soak into the warm base and absorb the flavor.
The Osmanthus Shaved Ice comes in a medium size and includes crystal mochi, red beans, rice balls, osmanthus jelly, and almond pudding. The red beans are subtly sweet with a slightly grainy texture, making them the perfect topping to balance the chewy and silky texture of the other ingredients.
For coffee lovers, our Osmanthus coffee combines freshly brewed espresso with osmanthus syrup. The mix of strong coffee, osmanthus syrup, and floral notes creates a drink that blends caffeine with tea flavors. Almond soup is one of our coziest flavors. The warmth and nuttiness of the almond, with a hint of cherry undertones, make it almost fruity. The Osmanthus Almond Soup drink will be released in October, along with our other almond drinks.

Instead of adding the old combos, you can now choose from our four bases, including Original, Coco Sago, Thai Tea, and Milk Tea; all featuring the same silky smooth tofu pudding. The bases soak into the pudding, creating a creamy, flavorful bite. The Coco Sago features a rich and creamy coconut base with pearls, allowing you to savor the coconut in every bite, along with nutty, tropical flavors. Our Creme Brulee series has been a seasonal favorite; creamy, sweet, and subtle, with a crunchy topping that pairs perfectly with some of our classic desserts. The balance of flavors makes it cozy yet refreshing, and of course, customizable with toppings like boba, mini q, or lychee jelly. We’ve combined the classic European Creme Brulee with unique Meet Fresh flavors to create something truly special.
Our Creme Brulee Green Tea, Black Tea, and Oolong Tea are brewed fresh every day, floral and fragrant with a subtle sweetness. Since our teas are rooted in traditional Taiwanese flavors, they are naturally less sweet, allowing the floral notes to shine. The Creme Brulee Tofu Puddings are another highlight, each one is hand-torched in store when you order, giving it that warm, toasty taste, and crackly texture on top of the silky tofu pudding. They come with black sugar boba or taro balls on top of a bed of ice, but as always, you can add any toppings you’d like. To ensure consistency, every tofu pudding is carefully measured, and all toppings are served on the side so you can add them just the way you like. This series has been extended until December 31st, so as the weather cools down, you can still cozy up with these sweet and silky treats.
